4. Daily communication and accountability from Mikayla to help support you reach your success.
5. Weekly 1-hour 1:1 Zoom calls for the duration of four weeks to discuss and make adjustments to the plan.

Workouts designed and customized to fit your exercise needs and fitness level. Training includes 5-minute warm-up, workout circuit, and 5-minute cool-down. Sessions will take place via Zoom
